What does our body have to teach us? Start the day with breath, balance, tension release, and warm up movements to prepare us for a day of dancing, connection and freedom. Please bring your own yoga mat/towel or feel free to practice without. ALL ARE WELCOME!
Join us for a dreamy soundbath session + guided meditation - wear comfortable clothing and feel free to bring blankets, pillows, journals, sacred objects and whatever you need to create a cozy + nurturing space for your rest. Feel free to rest, stretch, practice breathwork and/or move/dance/flow. ALL ARE WELCOME - arrive late, leave early, just come.

Join Mestra Isaura Oliveira for a dynamic dance workshop celebrating the powerful resistance and unity of African Brazilian Bantus and Amerindian peoples. Mestra Isaura will guide participants through the movements, rhythms, chants, and stories born from this profound cultural encounter in Bahia, Brasil. The session will delve into the full spectrum of o SAMBA, Brasil’s most popular and democratic rhythm and dance, tracing its evolution from the traditional Samba do Recôncavo da Bahia to the contemporary Swingão.
The Haus of Glitter invites the community into a joyful and reverent gathering for music and storytelling. We'll celebrate lineage, memory, and the power of maternal love, "Amor Di Mai". You'll have the opportunity to learn a tender, traditional Cape Verdean song that carries a familiar legacy.
Join us in exploring and uplifting traditional West African dance rooted in the Mande culture of Mali, brought to life by live Djembe and Djun Djun drumming. Led by Seydou Coulibaly, co-founder and co-director of The Yeredon Centre, alongside his daughter Sita Coulibaly—founder and co-director of The Haus of Glitter and Director of Legacy Arts & Education at The Yeredon Centre—this experience honors culture, lineage, and legacy.

Join Sidy Maiga for an open-level workshop exploring traditional Malian and West African rhythms through drumming, culture, and community. All experience levels are welcome.
Beyoncé - "Be Alive" Lyrical Dance Choreography. Classes kick off with a high-energy warmup/stretch. Then, you’ll learn an all-levels, low-impact routine of dance choreography. All classes aim to provide high cardio and feature original, fierce choreography influenced by your favorite music videos and pop songs. Before we finish off with a sexy cool down, you’ll have the chance to cheer on your fellow dancers and capture video of the routine on your phone. Participation in the video is totally optional!

Join us for an open-level bachata workshop exploring the history, evolution, and global impact of this influential Dominican cultural expression. Through partner work, footwork, and modern bachata movement, dancers of all experience levels will build confidence, musicality, connection, and creativity while learning about bachata’s journey from its Dominican roots to a worldwide dance and music phenomenon. More than a dance class, this workshop celebrates culture, identity, resilience, and community.
